Ecological Impact Assessment (EcIA) is a process of assessment that we use to inform our project work. For larger developments we can produce a stand alone EcIA document supported by the relevant survey work and analysis, or we can produce the necessary Ecology Chapter as part of an EIA.
An EcIA can also inform a Habitat Regulations Assessment.
Often a Preliminary Ecological Appraisal is all that is required for small developments.
